Here is a plain ol' crow. He's made of reclaimed black wool that has been felted.

He's stuffed with wool and wool scraps.

I've perched him on a vintage bobbin and added a short ruffle of wool tweed.

He has glass bead eyes and separately sewn wings. He is 11 inches long and about 6 inches high.

This a machine cross stitched crow and watermelon design on Osnaburg fabric.

The back is a dark green piece of reclaimed felted wool, and it is stuffed with raw wool.

It measures 3 1/2 inches tall, 5 inches wide, and about 3/4 inch thick.

I found this cute cross stitch in my favorite thrift store.

The design is of saltbox houses, hearts, tulips and trees.

Just perfect for turning it into a wonderful little pin cushion or shelf tuck.

I have added some celery green and cream checked fabric for the back. Stuffed full with raw wool.

The natural lanolin in the wool is wonderful for your needles and pins.
